All of my orders are shipped through USPS. Once any item is dropped off and scanned by USPS, Branded Colt Boutique is not responsible/liable for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged products. At checkout, double check your shipping address before submitting your order. Branded Colt Boutique accepts no liability for information that is incorrectly entered. If your order is returned due to an incorrect delivery address, there will be additional shipping charges to ship the item to the correct address. Lost packages must be reported to USPS immediately. If your package was scanned as delivered and you did not receive it, contact your local USPS.
