Should your purchase not meet your expectations or satisfaction, unused or unworn product may be returned within 5 days of delivery. After 5 days have passed you can no longer exchange product. If the product is received and has signs of wear/damage, it will be sent back to you and not eligible for return or credit. You are responsible for covering shipping cost for any returns. If you exchange for a new product, the cost of the returned item will be put towards the cost of the new item or you can choose a full refund back to the original payment .

Note* cowhide branded items are all different! Each cowhide reacts to the burn differently. My wholesalers provide the cowhide, the bases of each is subject to how the hide was cleaned and processed. I cannot guarantee a perfect burn.
